Important Notes (Please Read Carefully) –

1. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, then you will get a 100% refund of the paid amount.

2. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, then you will get only a 50% refund of the paid amount.

3. Our every product is customized. Hence 60% advance payment is mandatory.

4. If you found any damage in the frame or glass, then you will get a respective (for glass/frame) refund from our side.

5. We will send you a painting picture on your WhatsApp Number before product dispatched.

6. On order cancel a refund will be initiated within the next 24 hours. The refund amount will be credited to your respective bank account as per your bank return policy (approx. 5 to 7 days).

7. Estimated Product Delivery Time: 10 to 15 Days

8. Image Upload is mandatory before placing an order on checkout page.

9. In portrait we consider only upper body (i.e body above waist).
