At MyArtBucket, our purpose is simple — to bring joy to pets and ease paw-renting. Every product is thoughtfully designed and manufactured in-house to ensure comfort, functionality, and style for your furry family.
While we strive for excellence, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy has been created to make your post-purchase experience smooth, transparent, and fair.
Eligibility Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If You’ve Received a Wrong or Defective Product
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your concern quickly, kindly share clear product images and, if available, an unboxing video.
After verification, we will be happy to offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund
In these cases, there will be no reverse pickup fee.
If You Wish to Return or Exchange an Item
If you no longer need a product or wish to exchange it for another size/color, we gladly accept eligible items within 7 days, provided that:
✔ The product is unused and unwashed
✔ All original tags and packaging are intact
✔ The product is in resalable condition
For such cases, you may choose:
Exchange, or
Refund
A reverse pickup fee of ₹100–₹150 per product will apply.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may courier the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Dog shoes
Customized / made-to-order items
Any item marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
We encourage you to connect with our support team for size or fitting queries before placing your order — we’re always happy to guide you.
Single Exchange Policy
Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.
Subsequent exchanges for the same item will not be permitted.
If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we will issue refund for the product value.
Order Refusal & Non-Delivery
If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery or returned to us due to customer unavailability, shipping charges will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
If the courier is unable to deliver and the parcel returns to us due to logistics failure, a 100% refund will be issued.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days.
Please note that during festivals or peak seasons, courier companies may experience delays that are outside our control.
Exceptions — When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or washed
Original packaging or labels are missing
The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
Defective item is not reported within 48 hours
The product is classified as non-returnable

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your replacement or issue refund within 3 days.
