Refund and Cancellation Policy

MyArtBucket’s sole aim is to make pets happy and ease paw-renting. We strive to help pets and their parents live harmoniously and lead happy, healthy lives. With this purpose, we aspire to deliver unique products that are manufactured by us inhouse.

Our policies are designed with the intention of strengthening our relationship with our customers. These guidelines are created to assure you that, subject to the conditions below, if any product purchased from MyArtBucket is flawed or not suitable for you or your pet, we will gladly repair or replace the item or provide you with MyArtBucket Wallet Credit for your return.

If you decide that a product you ordered is no longer needed, you may return it within 5 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or store credit. However, the product and its packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition when received by MyArtBucket.

Please note that a reverse pickup fee will apply. If we are unable to arrange a pickup due to service unavailability in your area, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own expense.

*If you receive Wrong, Damaged or Expired product, please make sure to inform us of the with pictures within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We will also require Unboxing Video of the same.

Under what conditions return/replacement requests will not be accepted?

In the event that the item is non-returnable, we would definitely hear your issue and try to solve it. But the sole decision whether to accept the return or not lies with My Art Bucket.

If such is the case, My Art Bucket may impose a return charge, which would be equal to the shipping cost required to arrange the return. Before approving the return or exchange, this would be explained to you at the time of processing the return request.

The returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

Used/ altered products.
Original packaging/labels missing.
The return/ replacement request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery.
Not notifying & not sharing the images/videos of the defective products within 48 hours from the time of delivery
Kindly note that each purchase is eligible for a single exchange only. Subsequent exchange requests will not be accommodated.

In case the product for exchange is unavailable, store credit is going to be offered.

NOTE : Dog shoes, Clothes and all Customizable Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For any queries, you can contact our customer support team and we will find the best solution to your problem.

-*We allow only one-time exchange or return per product.
-Second-time exchanges or returns for the same product are not permitted.
-A reverse pick-up fee of ₹100-₹150 per product will be charged for any return or exchange request.*

Please note that customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially made for you based on your specific request.

3. No returnable if used by customer
4. 100 % refund if unsuccessful delivery attempt.
5. If customer refused to accept. Courier charges will be deducted from online paid amount and remaining amount will refund to your account. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at myartbucket19@gmail.com
6. On festive season courier companies was delays so delivery time can be extended as per third party services.

How can I place a return request?
Please drop us a mail with product images & unbox videos. Our customer support team will coordinate with you from thereafter with processing your request.
Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will process the return/exchange for you. Please note any delivery fees incurred by you in returning the products are at your own cost and non-refundable by PawsIndia.

If for a few reasons we are unable to process the item pick-up from your location, it’ll be your responsibility to ship the item to us at the subsequent address: 180, Mhada Colony, Kulgaon, Badlapur, Maharashtra 421503
